| Description | The College Documentation Committee is in charge of documenting the reports of programmes and events organized and conducted by the College.
The specific duties of the Committee are
- Preparation of Annual College Report
- Updating College documents such as a) Prospectus b) Students’ guidelines, c) College Directory, d) College Website, etc.
- Giving news updates for daily newspapers/magazines as and when needed
- Report on programs and events conducted by each department on monthly basis
- Reporting matters with relevant photographs for publication of College News letter, College magazine, Journals, etc.
- Compilation of College Graduation Certificates to graduating students
