The Counselling and Guidance Cell is headed and coordinated by Rev. Dr. Edwin George, SDB, Secretary and Rector. It is composed of well reputed senior faculty members. Counseling is essentially a relationship, to be more specific, a therapeutic relationship where healing is experienced. The Counseling Service seeks to help students and staff in their personal or emotional problems and realize their full academic and personal potential. The Cell conducts awareness programmes on issues relevant to the modern day student.

The Cell provides students an opportunity to discuss, in a private and relaxed atmosphere, any personal, social, career, or academic concern. Many students get benefitted from attending to counselling at some point in their College experience.
